To amend the Institutional Development District Master Plan of Saint Joseph's University by allowing for the expansion of the Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse, the Campion Student Center and the Learning Center/Library.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1107(c) of The Philadelphia Code, The
Institutional Development District Master Plan of Saint Joseph’s University
is hereby amended by allowing for the expansion of three separate buildings, the Alumni Memorial Fieldhouse, the Campion Student Center and the Learning Center/Library all as set forth in Exhibit “A”

on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
