THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1

. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provision of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of Dahlia Drive, Sunflower Drive, Arbours Way, Marigold Lane, Veronica Lane, Honeysuckle Court, Foxglove Lane, Iris Lane, Bluebell Court, Mimosa Drive, and Wi

l

dflower Way.

SECTION 2

. In lieu of the provisions of Section 1, the party in interest shall file an agreement and bond with corporate surety, satisfactory to the City Solicitor and in an amount determined by the Streets Department, to cover the cost of the work required to completely pave Dahlia Drive, Sunflower Drive, Arbours Way, Marigold Lane, Veronica Lane, Honeysuckle Court, Foxglove Lane, Iris Lane, Bluebell Court, Mimosa Drive, and Wi

dflower Way at his sole cost and expense in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the City of Philadelphia.

SECTION 3

. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the cost thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred and twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
