Amending Bill No. 070114, relating to the Capital Program for Fiscal Years 2008-2013 inclusive, and Bill No. 070115, relating to the Fiscal 2008 Capital Budget, by revising certain project amounts for Fiscal Year 2008 and by adding new projects for Fiscal Year 2008, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Bill No. 070114 (approved June 7, 2007) is hereby amended, as follows:

(a) In line 60A (Police Department Interior and Exterior Improvements-FY07), in the 2008 column, decrease the amount shown (in thousands) under CR from 10,000 to 0.

(b) Add a new line 60Z, entitled “Surveillance Cameras-Payments to General Fund,” and in the 2008 column, show an amount (in thousands) of 10,000 CR.

(c) Adjust all subtotals and totals to reflect the amendments in (a) and (b).

SECTION 2. Bill No. 070115 (approved June 7, 2007), is hereby amended as follows:

(a) In line 60A (Police Department Interior and Exterior Improvements-FY07), decrease the amount shown (in thousands) under CR from 10,000 to 0.

(b) Add a new line 60Z, entitled “Surveillance Cameras-Payments to General Fund,” and show an amount (in thousands) of 10,000 CR.

(c) Adjust all subtotals and totals to reflect the amendments in (a) and (b).
