THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Bill No. 070114 (approved June 7, 2007) is hereby amended, as follows:

(a) In line 60A (Police Department Interior and Exterior Improvements-FY07), in the 2008 column, decrease the amount shown (in thousands) under CR from 10,000 to 0.

(b) Add a new line 60Z, entitled “Surveillance Cameras-Payments to General Fund,” and in the 2008 column, show an amount (in thousands) of 10,000 CR.

(c) Adjust all subtotals and totals to reflect the amendments in (a) and (b).

SECTION 2. Bill No. 070115 (approved June 7, 2007), is hereby amended as follows:
