Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Brewerytown Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 19, 20, 21, 22 & 23 also sometimes identified by respective house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 19 as 3018 Redner street, for Parcel No. 20 as 1423 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 21 as 1435 North Thirtieth street, for Parcel No. 22 as 1447 North Thirtieth street and for Parcel No. 23 as 1451 North Thirtieth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
