Full Bill
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Pursuant to Section 14-1602(1)(b) of The Philadelphia Code, that permission be, and is hereby given to The Ivy Hill Cemetery Company to expand their cemetery or place of burial, located at 1201 Easton Road, and more fully described as follows: Description of Lot 1 (to be conveyed to and combined in common deed with lands of Ivy Hill Cemetery). All that certain tract of land situate in the City of Philadelphia, County of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as shown on Plan of Subdivision and Proposed Cemetery Layout for Lot 1 (Sheet 1 of 2) prepared for Barry Davis Tract by Urwiler & Walter, Inc. dated April 17, 2007, bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a point (rebar set) on the common property line of lands of Barry Davis and lands of Wilhemina Holmes, said point being further located the following three (3) courses and distances from the terminus of an arc of a circle having a radius of 30.00 feet connecting the southeasterly legal right-of-way line of Ivy Hill Road (as widened to 30 feet from it’s centerline) with the northeasterly sideline of Mansfield Avenue: (1)
along the legal right-of-way line of Ivy Hill Road North 39 degrees 57 minutes 14 seconds East 99.66 feet U.S.S. to a point on the common property line of lands of Barry Davis and lands of Paul J. Laky and Philomeno Laky; (2) along said lands, along various other property owners and through a rebar set South 51 degrees 32 minutes 29 seconds East 518.87 feet U.S.S. to a rebar set in line of lands of Wilhemina Holmes; (3) along said lands North 39 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 8.27 feet U.S.S. to the place of beginning; Thence extending along Lot 3, through a rebar set and along Lot 2 North 33 degrees 27 minutes 31 seconds East 271.63 feet U.S.S. (270.95 feet P.D.S. to a point (rebar set) in line of lands of Ivy Hill Cemetery; Thence extending along said lands South 51 degrees 35 minutes 21 seconds East 505.38 feet U.S.S. (504.12 feet P.D.S.) to a point (rebar set) in line of lands of Catherine Schoolfield; Thence extending along said lands, along the limits of Lynnewood Road and along lands of Andrea L. Brown South 39 degrees 55 minutes 48 seconds West 274.27 feet U.S.S. (273.58 feet P.D.S.) to a point (rebar set); Thence continuing along lands of Andrea L. Brown and extending along various other property owners including lands of Wilhemina Holmes North 51 degrees 17 minutes 49 seconds West 498.35 feet U.S.S. (497.10 feet P.D.S.) to the point and place of beginning.
Containing: 3.1442 acres U.S.S. of land more or less. 3.1286 acres P.D.S. of land more or less; being contiguous to a larger tract owned by The Ivy Hill Cemetery Company.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
