Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. A traffic light shall be placed and maintained at the following location in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:

(a) Sorrento Road and Conshohocken Avenue.

Section 2. The traffic light shall be removed from the following location in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:

(a) 47th Street and Conshohocken Avenue.

Section 3. Stop signs shall be placed and maintained at the following location in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:

(a) On 47th Street at the intersection of Conshohocken Avenue.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after final passage.
