Full Bill

WHEREAS, Bill No. 070268 was passed by Council on June 14, 2007, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and

WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; now therefore

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 070268, entitled “An Ordinance Amending Title 15 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Parks and Recreation,” by adding a new Chapter relating to parks and playgrounds and by providing for the hours of operation of certain parks and playgrounds, all under certain terms and conditions,” for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
