Full text

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A traffic signal, for vehicles traveling east and west on Cheltenham Avenue, shall be placed and maintained at the following intersection in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations:

(a) Cheltenham Avenue and Walnut Lane.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after final passage.
