Full Bill
WHEREAS
, an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430), approved November 13, 2002, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;
WHEREAS
, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040463), approved June 21, 2004, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020430 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements to November 13, 2004; and
WHEREAS
, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040917), approved January 25, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020430 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements to November 13, 2005.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430) approved November 13, 2002, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by November 13, 2005]
