RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Cheryl Ann Wadlington is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Old City Special Services District of Philadelphia, to serve in the term ending the first Monday in January, 2012.
