RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Lynn Martin Haskin is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Old City Special Services District of Philadelphia, to serve in the term ending the first Monday in January, 2010.
