Transmitting a bill authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission and the Executive Director of Fairmount Park, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a lease with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, under which the City would lease the Mann Music Center to PAID and pursuant to which PAID would enter into a sublease with the Mann Center for Performing Arts, a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation, under which MCPA would occupy, operate, maintain and manage the Mann Music Center; all under certain terms and conditions, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Fairmount Park Commission.
