Transmitting a bill authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission, the Executive Director of Fairmount Park, and the Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a Concession Agreement with Billy Casper Golf, LLC, under which BCG would improve, operate, manage and maintain four 18-hole golf courses and one sports center under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, including Olde Course and Karakung Course at Cobb's Creek Golf Club, Franklin D. Rooselvelt Golf Club, John D. Byrne Golf Club, and the City Line Sport Center; all under certain terms and conditons, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Fairmount Park Commission.
