RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT

H. James Tollett, III is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to serve in the term ending January 5, 2011.
