THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2009 to 2014, inclusive, totaling seven billion three-hundred-fifty-three million one-hundred-thirty-four thousand (7,353,134,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. End
