Authorizing the paving of River Road from the existing northwesterly terminus of Nixon Street to a point approximately ten feet southeast of the Philadelphia-Montgomery County Line.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1
. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provision of Sections 11-502 and 11-503 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the paving of River Road from the existing northwesterly terminus of Nixon Street to a point approximately ten feet southeast of the Philadelphia-Montgomery County Line.
