THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-1107(c) of The Philadelphia Code, The

Institutional Development District Master Plan of LaSalle University

is hereby amended by allowing for the expansion of Holroyd Hall as set forth in Exhibit “A”

,

on file with the Chief Clerk’s Office.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
