THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the
construction of a sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sewers to alleviate unsanitary conditions, in the following locations:
East Willow Grove Avenue from Germantown Avenue to Winston Road
