THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 from the General Fund and the Community Development Fund to the General Fund.
