THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Subcode “PM” (The Philadelphia Property Maintenance Code) of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION PM-302.0 EXTERIOR PROPERTY AREAS

PM-302.4 Grading and drainage: All premises shall be graded and maintained to prevent the accumulation of stagnant water thereon, or within any structure, including

but not limited to,

any swimming pool

, pool designed with architectural features, fountain,
