Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569) approved July 1, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 205 in the vicinity of Fairhill Street and Annsbury Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.

WHEREAS

, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569), approved July 1, 2004, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;

WHEREAS

, an Ordinance (Bill No. 050788), approved November 17, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040569 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to July 1, 2007; and

WHEREAS

, it is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met;

NOW, THEREFORE,

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569) approved July 1, 2004, as amended by Bill No. 050788 (approved November 17, 2005), is hereby further amended to read as follows:

This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by July 1, 2007]
