Full Bill

WHEREAS

, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569), approved July 1, 2004, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;

WHEREAS

, an Ordinance (Bill No. 050788), approved November 17, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040569 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to July 1, 2007; and

WHEREAS

, it is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met;

NOW, THEREFORE,

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040569) approved July 1, 2004, as amended by Bill No. 050788 (approved November 17, 2005), is hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2.

This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by July 1, 2007]

This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of twohundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within onetwenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
