THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1:

§14-1621. Passyunk Avenue Special District Controls.

(3) Prohibited Uses. Within the area subject to the Passyunk Avenue Special District Controls and notwithstanding any other Chapter of this Title, the following uses shall be prohibited:

Telemarketing, as that term is defined in the Telemarketer Registration Act, Act of December 4, 1996, P.L. 911, No. 147, § 2, as amended (73 P.S. § 2242).
