THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as

follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

§9-203. Street Vendors.

(7) Prohibited Conduct

No vendor or person shall:

(o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any

goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways:

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:
