Transmitting a bill authorizing the grant to the City of two rights of way for municipal and public utility purposes within an area bounded by Market Street, former Thirty-Second Street, Chestnut Street, and Thirty-Third Street; and authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by placing on the City Plan the two rights of way and striking and abandoning portions of two existing rights of way for municipal and public utility purposes within the same area; all under certain terms and conditions.
