THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 19-200. CITY FUNDS - DEPOSITS, INVESTMENTS, DISBURSEMENTS.

§19-204. Electronic Deposit.

(1) Whenever the City is entitled to receive payment from any party, including, but not limited to, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal government, and the City has the option of receiving such payment electronically, the City shall elect to receive such payment electronically.
