THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the Aviation Fund:

10.9 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - INDEMNITIES

Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 817,688

Total $ 817,688

TO:

10.8 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS

Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 817,688

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
