THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

§9-203. Street Vendors.

(7) Prohibited Conduct

No vendor or person shall:

(o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways:

Spring Garden Street, from 16th Street to 18th Street.

(Note: Street vending will be allowed on the West side of 17th Street, from Callowhill Street to within five feet of the southern most end of the stairway entrance to Community College of Philadelphia's Winnet Student Life Building.)

§9-205. Sidewalk Sales.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:
