THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour parking

8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.

(Except Saturday and Sunday)

Hirst street, west side, Arch street to Market street.
