January 22, 2009 To the President and the Members of the Council of the City of Philadelphia: I am returning herewith as requested by your Resolution adopted January 22, 2009, Bill No. 080724-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial and 'C-5' Commercial Districts," by negating any setback over 65 feet in height for lots designated "C-5" in the area bounded by 15th Street and Arch Street (Benjamin Franklin Parkway), Cherry Street and 16th Street and by increasing the permitted floor area for such lots building floor plat reduction," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council.
