Full Bill

WHEREAS, The City desires to apply to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for a grant to aid in carrying out the Delaware and Allegheny Greenway project; and

WHEREAS, The City understands that, by executing the grant application and agreement form, the City will agree to the terms and conditions of the grant that may be awarded the City; now, therefore,

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the City Commerce Director is authorized to apply for a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for the Delaware and Allegheny Greenway project, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the award of such a grant.
