RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT

Rod Millwood is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the South Street/Headhouse District of Philadelphia, to serve in the term ending December 31, 2013.
