THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. All-way stop signs shall be placed and maintained at the following intersection in a manner consistent with PENNDOT regulations:

(a) Jackson Street and Higbee Street

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after final passage.
