THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2010 to 2015, inclusive, totaling seven billion nine-hundred-fifty-three million eight-hundred-ninety-one thousand (7,953,891,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
