THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(2) Licenses.

* * *

(e) Any Farmers' Market licensed under this Section shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapters 11-600 and 11-800 of The Philadelphia Code.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon becoming law.
