Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City to enter into an agreement to lease to the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia a certain parcel of land and improvements located at 328 W. Coulter Street, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Philadelphia to lease to the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia a certain parcel of land and improvements located at 328 W. Coulter Street, which agreement shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit 1 attached hereto, with such changes as the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City.
