THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

§ 9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations: Farmers Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(ff) the sidewalk and south curb lane of the East side of Wadsworth Avenue between Bayard Street and Pickering Street.
