THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a water main and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-300 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public water service, in the following location:
8220 Millman Street.
