Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. City Council shall not approve any real estate transactions involving the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development ("PAID"), authorized pursuant to Bill No. 1048 (1974 Ordinances p.316) or otherwise, until such time as PAID certifies to the Council that PAID has adopted a policy and practice regarding all future notices of public meetings of its board to the effect that no such meeting shall be held without giving public notice thereof no less than one (1) day and no more than five (5) days prior to any such meeting in at least the one daily newspapers having the largest circulation in the City and on a publicly-available internet site.
