THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 9-600 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 9-600. SERVICE AND OTHER BUSINESSES

§ 9-601. Garages, Parking Lots, Sales Lots and Sales Showrooms.

(6) Valet Parking Operator's License.

(b) The application shall be accompanied by the following:

(.2) payment of a non-refundable application fee of $[75]
