Amending Bill No. 090213 (approved May 27, 2009), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2010 Capital Budget," by revising and adding certain projects, amounts and sources.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 090213 (approved May 27, 2009) is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 1. A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2010, totaling

two billion five-hundred-forty-two million two-hundred-twenty-nine thousand (2,542,229,000)

two billion five-hundred-fifty-two million six-hundred-twenty-nine thousand dollars (2,552,629,000)

, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
