Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the west side of North 12th Street from Cuthbert Street to Arch Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
§ 9-213. Farmers' Markets.

(7) Permissible Locations: Farmers Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

(ff) the sidewalk and west curb lane of the west side of North 12th Street between Cuthbert Street and Arch Street.
