Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1.

The Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation is hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement between the City of Philadelphia as Licensor and Impact Services Corporation as Licensee under which Impact Services Corporation would operate, manage and maintain Walnut Lane Golf Course as a public golf course, at 800 Walnut Lane.

SECTION 2.

The License Agreement shall be for an initial term of 5 years, renewable for an additional 4 year term, at the sole option of the City.

SECTION 3.

The License Agreement shall be substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to this Ordinance. The City Solicitor is authorized by this Ordinance to include in the License Agreement such terms and provisions as the City Solicitor deems necessary or appropriate to protect the interests of the City and that are consistent with the License Agreement as set forth in Exhibit A.

SECTION 4.

The Chief Clerk of City Council is directed to keep on file and make available to the public for inspection during regular office hours the exhibit referred to in this Ordinance.
