Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to accept from the School District of Philadelphia conveyance of title to a portion of the land bounded by Susquehanna Avenue, North 15th Street, Diamond Street, and North 16th Street, and further authorizing transfer of the property to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, is authorized to accept conveyance of title from the School District of Philadelphia to a portion of the land bounded by Susquehanna Avenue, North 15th Street, Diamond Street, and North 16th Street, for consideration of $1.00.
Section 2. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, for consideration of $1.00, a deed conveying fee simple title to the property.
Section 3. The transactions approved in this Ordinance shall be made pursuant to agreements which shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance.
