Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," and Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending within the area bounded by Broad street, Oxford street, 13th street and Jefferson street, including both sides of any street bounding this area; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.

(8) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:

(p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares, or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which the Council shall from time to time ordain:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon becoming law.
