THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2011 to 2016, inclusive, totaling seven billion nine-hundred-sixty million one-hundred-eighty-eight thousand (7,960,188,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
