Amending Chapter 4-200.0, Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code) of Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Text of Subcodes," by amending Section A-906, entitled "Property Maintenance Code Fees," to increase the license fees charged to own a vacant lot, vacant building or vacant wharf, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 4-200.0 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
