RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT

Carolyn Pfeiffer is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District, to serve in the term ending the first Monday in January, 2011.
