Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) approved June 21, 2004, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 in the area bounded by Aramingo Avenue, Frankford Creek, and Adams Avenue, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 040511), approved June 21, 2004, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;
WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 050789), approved November 17, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040511 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to June 21, 2007; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) approved June 21, 2004, as amended by an Ordinance approved November 17, 2005 (Bill No. 050789), is hereby further amended to read as follows:
