Full Bill

WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 040511), approved June 21, 2004, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval;

WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 050789), approved November 17, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 040511 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to June 21, 2007; and

WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 040511) approved June 21, 2004, as amended by an Ordinance approved November 17, 2005 (Bill No. 050789), is hereby further amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by June 21, 2007]
