RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Howard Wurzak is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, to serve in the term ending December 31, 2014.
