RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

THAT

Richie McKeithen is hereby appointed to the position of Chief Assessment Officer of the Office of Property Assessment, to serve in the term commencing July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2014.
